Jim offers a mentoring service where he provides personalised business support and guidance. With his extensive experience, he works closely with clients on a one-on-one basis to help tackle any business challenges they face.

No contract or commitment: There’s no minimum term or contract, which gives you complete control over how long you want to work with Jim. You’re not tied into any long-term commitment unless you decide to be.
You decide the price and duration: You have the power to choose what you can afford and how much time you need with Jim. This allows you to customise the service to your specific needs and budget.
Flexibility: If you ever feel like the service isn’t what you’re looking for, you can stop whenever you want, without worrying about ongoing fees or penalties.
This approach gives you control over the relationship and ensures you’re not stuck in something that’s not working for your business.

Non-executive Directorship
If you are looking for something more formal, then Jim is available to fill a void for you.
With experience of working for bigger businesses, running a trading division, he has boardroom experience and can help with all aspects of business management.
Jim can help by formally being a member of your board. To sit with you on a fortnightly basis to help guide and advise and to assist in identifying potential issues and recommend resolutions or alternatives for the Board to consider.
All Non-Executive Directorship commitments come on a minimum fixed-term basis of six-months at a cost of £500.00 per month. This will entail weekly visits to your business and to be fully available by phone or e-mail 7-days a week to assist the management team achieve their goals and aspirations.

Jim is always looking at opportunities to invest in businesses and is open to providing short, medium or long-term financial investment in any business that can demonstrate potential and returns.
He has access to funds to provide short-term finance or bridging loans on property or assets, or to help with cash-flow issues.
With his experience, he has contacts within NatWest and Handelsbanken as well as numerous asset finance houses to help a business to grow and stay competitive.
Naturally, any financial investment is undertaken against legal advice (for all concerned parties) with documentation in-place for the protection of everyone.
